• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
